Very good product the rope is rubber material with a spring for tap & low stability over all. The material is very good. I like it. Even the size is very good. It is more than 4 feet perfectly suitable for an adult person. Thank you PrimeDeals and thank you the shopkeeper. Keep it up.

Highly Effective Workout: Users love how quickly it elevates heart rate, torches calories, builds stamina, and provides a great fat burn.

My height is 5.2 and is good for it but above this the rope is little bit short... according to price just go for it
