The quality of plastic part was not suitable for tap. It's broken while the same was fixing. Hopeless product. Replacement is needed, since it was COD.

The product quality is definitely very good.... Stainless steel they used in this product is a High quality heavy steel. The attachment they give to tighten it with sink tap is also good but in my case my tap was not 100% round neck. So I have to use it as shown in the image.....also I keep that lock for future use. It's really good. Everyone who is facing problems with small pace and want to keep organised thing's, they can go for it . Don't give reward they promised.
1000+ happy customers and counting!
